I want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of my guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.​ Please make sure you read through the booking policies to ensure you understand any cancellation fee charges.  These policies are in place to ensure that you receive the best service and results possible. AGE RESTRICTIONS 
Minimum age requirement for any Services is 18 years of age. 16 and older may also receive services, with guardian/parental consent.


Payments
Payment in full is due at time of service, I accepts Cash preferred, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card. Sorry I  am unable to accept cheques.


RESERVING APPOINTMENTS
I require a credit card to hold all appointments.  Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used to hold your appointment.  You may use a different card or cash to pay at checkout.


Please understand that your appointment is reserved solely for you and I do business by appointment only.


STRICTLY ENFORCE ANY EMERGENCY SAME DAY CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/NO-SHOW

I understand last-minute emergencies pop-up.  I'd love for you to keep your appointment; and not have to pay for lash extensions you are unable to wear. Your appointments is very important to me. I hold your appointment time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedules accordingly, and I may be able to accommodate other guests.

I appreciate for your understanding!  Please plan ahead, if you are unsure about making it to your appointment the day before its better to cancel then get charged for the service you will not received. You can always check back the same day if i still have your appointment time available or any availability that day. I would hate for you to pay for lashes you are not receiving.  Please give me enough notice to accommodate any changes.


HOW IS THE CANCELLATION FEE APPLIED?
When you register with my online scheduling program, you agreed to my cancellation policy and be required to enter your credit card number.  This number is kept in a secure location and I will not be able to access it.  When you arrive for your appointment, you are “checked in.”  If you do not arrive for your appointment the system automatically assess the fee to your credit card. If your card on file declines the charged fee then you will be charged to your next appointment.


CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN I CANCELS
I stand by my policies, and I feel that it is only fair that I honor the same policies to my guests.  If I had to cancel your appointment same day then you will receive a 50% off from your rescheduled appointment. If the cancellation is due to situations that are out of my control such as power outages, weather related closings, etc., that require me to close during regular business hours, I would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply.


CONFIRMATION
As a courtesy, I do text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If I am unable to reach you or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to text and double check any appointments you may have if you’re unsure.


CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT TIME
To change your appointment time, you may either reschedule online (link provided in your confirmation email!), or text me at (206) 602-4637 and I can adjust it for you.


PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and I want you to get the most out of your appointment time. If it is your first visit, please plan out plenty of time for traffic and finding the place. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to get situated, unwind, relax, visit the restroom and be ready to go for your full allotted session time.


LATE ARRIVALS
If you're running late, please let me know ASAP by texting me at (206) 602-4637. Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment might be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee, per cancellation policy (see above). Out of respect for other guests, I cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late. Late arrivals for appointments may be serviced for the remainder of their allotted service time, as time and other bookings permit. Guests will be expected to pay the full service fee.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Although I do not offer refunds on any of my services or gift certificates, I will do everything I can to achieve your satisfaction, provided you inform me within 24 hours of the service in question and come in for an assessment and adjustment within 72 hours of the service in question.  All products are final sale.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
I want you to L-O-V-E your lashes when you walk out the door!  If, for whatever reason, you don't - please let me know within 24 hours and must come in within 72 hours and I'll be happy to provide a corrective lashing appointment. Click here for full rules and regulations.

2 PERSON MAX ROOM
For purposes of safety and sanitation, I cannot allow anyone else into the service room other than (1) me and (2) the person receiving the service.

CELL PHONES
Should be turned onto silent mode not vibrate and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on my part. Please be courteous and respectful of my time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room.
